Read below instructions carefully before proceeding to the form section.

Please fill up the form carefully. Use sentence case for fields containing alphabetic characters.
Do not use special characters like . , ( ) * & ^ % $ # @ ! in address fields. Only / is allowed in the building number field (e.g. 24/A).
Enter your birthday in dd-mm-yyyy format (e.g. 15-03-1957).
Enter your mobile number and email address correctly, as all future communication will be made through email and/or mobile.
Select your membership type and enter the six-digit membership number correctly (e.g. 000123 or 013068).
Non-members should enter 999999 as the membership number.
Select your preferred food option.
Hotel rooms are booked on a double occupancy basis. If you do not provide a room partner, FIP may allot one.
FIP reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
If you opt for Panna Safari, you must contact WildSoul separately and send your Aadhaar Card along with the safari booking amount of Rs. 8,000/-.
Make sure to pay the Booking Money of Rs. 6,000/- before filling out the convention form.
Enter the payment details (UTR/Transaction Number, Date, Bank, etc.) in the application form and send the payment receipt along with your Unique ID to the Treasurer of FIP within 3 days.
Please read the refund rules carefully before submitting the form.
Hotel rooms at Orchha will be available after 2:00 PM. Registration will also begin at 2:00 PM. Participants should arrive on 26 November 2026.
